Casargon was founded in 1978
by David Caswell and his wife Barbara. Our main product was manufacturing Safety
Showers supplying such chemical companies as I.C.I. Not only did we supply the showers but we also serviced and maintained
them.
After a few years David
and Barbara’s son, Craig joined the company and they decided to diverse into other metalwork such as Gates, Railings,
Fencing and Staircases.
Over the years we have completed numerous contracts for companies such as Eric Wright Civil
Engineering, Parkinsons, Urban Splash, DCT Civil Engineering, William Hargreaves, Turriff Construction, Laings, Amec Construction,
Bovis Construction, Bardsleys. A few of these projects are featured on this website.
In recent
years Craig’s wife, Michele has joined the company working in the offices.
We have bought and moved into newer and bigger premises, and continue
to manufacture miscellaneous architectural metalwork and steelwork for the construction industry.
An ongoing business that has lasted for
30 years.
